The four-page City Council Newsletter is delivered to all ratepayers with their quarterly rates instalment invoices.
The newsletters are available online, printed copies are available from Council offices, and the latest edition is available through the telephone service of the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind (ring 0800 243 333 for details).
