The Big Picture - draft spatial plan

The "Big Picture" outlines Council's vision for the development of the Invercargill District for the next 30 years.  Comments are welcome until December 30. In January 2012 Council will consider the comments received and adopt a finalised "Big Picture" Spatial Plan for Invercargill.  This document will then guide decisions being made by Council in its District Plan, Long Term Plan and other decision-making processes.
