The Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) is adopted every three years and explains the Council’s priorities for the next 10 years. It sets out how the Council intends to contribute to the community outcomes and the social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being of communities, both now and in the future.
The levels of service provided by activities and any changes to these are detailed along with financial and financing policies and forecast financial statements. The forecasting assumptions used throughout the document are also detailed.
The LTCCP includes the Annual Plan for that year. The Council adopts an audited Draft LTCCP for consultation with the community. After hearing, considering and making decisions on submissions, the Plan is reaudited and adopted. The LTCCP is adopted before June 30 every three years.
