The current minimum fees payable for building consents and related services are detailed in the fees and charges section of the Council's 2010-2011 Annual Plan.
Other fees which might apply
Depending on the nature of the work to be carried out there may be additional costs and the Council recommends that you build such factors into your calculations and estimates before commencing any work.
