A LIM is a report produced by the Council which presents all information in relation to a particular property that the Council has on record.

Building Consent - application forms

• Application for Amendment Use to apply for an amendment to an existing building consent. 
• Building Consent Amendment for Durability Use to apply for a modification to the specified durability timelines for materials.
• Certificate of Acceptance Use to apply for a Certificate of Acceptance under Secxtion 96 of the Building Act 2004.

• Building inspection request Confirmation of the inspection will be forwarded to the contact details you supply.
• Code Compliance Certificate application form Use to apply for a Code Compliance Certificate once building work has been completed.
• Drainage information sheet  Use to provide required information on services (sewer, stormwater, gas etc).
• Property file request form Use to request that a property file be made available for viewing at the Council buildings.
