Cemetery search

The website provides access to more than 56,600 records for the four Invercargill and Bluff cemeteries and the Southland Crematorium. The cemeteries and crematorium are operated by the Council's Parks Division. Information updated September 15, 2014.

To find burial details simply type in the person's surname and hit the search button. To refine the search you can specify cemetery and/or  gender; add the forenames to refine the search even further. The asterisk can be used as a "wildcard" to represent one or many characters in the surname and forename fields. Note that Burt Munro's given forenames were Herbert James (not Burt or Bert).
