Food and food premises
People wishing to sell food at a food stall, sausage sizzle or barbecue need to approach the Council's Environmental Health Section.
A brochure has been produced:

Guidelines for food premises and food preparation
It includes guidelines on food handling to ensure the food you prepare and offer for sale is safe to eat.
Note that if any part of the food preparation will be done before the event, that work has to be undertaken in a registered food premises or premises covered by an approved food safety programme.
