Blocked drain on your street?
Broken wheelie bin? Noise complaint?

Submit a request via My Invercargill, or get in touch by phone (03) 211 1777, email customer.service@icc.govt.nz, or using the Antenno app so we can resolve it.

Our Customer Service team are available to respond to any issues from 8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays.

For urgent issues phone us 24 hours a day on (03) 211 1777.

Antenno is a free smartphone app that lets you report issues to us.

Simply open Antenno, press "Report it", and select the type of issue you want to report.

You can also choose to attach a photo and include your approximate location so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Antenno is a quick and easy way to let us know about:

  • fallen trees and branches
  • potholes and other road issues
  • graffiti
  • rubbish
  • broken playground equipment

Antenno is available on the App Store for iPhones and the Play Store for Android devices.

Let us know about issues around the city on your phone using Antenno.

  1. Open the Antenno app
  2. Select 'Report it' and press the '+' new report button
  3. Enter the details of your issue, attached any relevant photos, and then press Send.
