Buskers and street performers help make our city a vibrant place to live, however it's important you have the appropriate permission.

All containers placed on the road/road reserve within the road corridor require a permit.

If you would like to use part of the street frontage or roadway for operating a food van, street stall, and/or running a street day/event.

If you would like to have outdoor seating for your café or restaurant on the footpath.

If you want to graze stock on the Council Road verge.

If you would like to put a sandwich board on a public footpath, you must apply for a permit.

A permit is required to install a temporary structure in a public place and includes erecting, altering, repairing, and dismantling the structure.

A permit is required to move stock across Council roads to ensure the safety of the public.

A vehicle crossing is where your driveway crosses the footpath and street frontage.
