Kickstart Café - Renewal of On-Licence
PUBLIC NOTICE
Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
H W Richardson Trustee Company Limited of PO Box 1104, Invercargill 9840, has made application to the Invercargill District Licensing Committee at Invercargill for the renewal of On Licence in respect of premises situated at 25 Tay Street, Invercargill, known as Kickstart Café at Motorcycle Mecca.
The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is: Restaurant and Function Centre
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is to be sold under the licence are: Monday to Sunday from 9.00am to 1.00am the following day
The application may be inspected at the office of the Invercargill District Licensing Committee at 101 Esk Street, Invercargill, Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the renewal of the On Licence under Section 102 of the Act may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Invercargill District Licensing Committee:
