Curran Rd speed limit increasing to 80km/h

From Monday 1 December, the speed limit on Curran Road will be increasing from 60km/h to 80km/h.

Council resolved to change the speed limit on 23 September 2025 as a result of community feedback, and it was approved by New Zealand Transport Agency on 29 October 2025.
