Heritage Colour Palette

It is recommended that paint colours of heritage buildings are to be in keeping with the era of the building and within the approved palette (refer to the Heritage funding page). It is recommended that owners choose a single colour for the building plus one or two accent colours (which could be of the same tone).

Decorative elements were often painted lighter colours to greater emphasize the three-dimensional effect of the plaster decoration.
