Long-term plan, annual plan, and annual report

Long-term Plan
Every three years Council is required to produce a long-term plan, setting out the work we will do over the next 10 years, and how it will be funded.

Annual Plan
For each of the two years between long-term plans, Council is required to produce an annual plan, which implements the long-term plan and provides a budget for the next financial year to achieve this.

Annual Report
Each year Council produces an annual report, which shows the progress we are making toward the goals set in the long-term plan.
