It's important to let us know of any changes to ownership details of your dog, including if you change phone number or address. You can update details of your dog registration online using the ICC Online services portal.
Please note: you must have a registered account. If you don't have an account, first create one.
- Visit the ICC Online services portal and Sign in to your account.
- Click Customer Service > New Request
- Select Dog Services, then click Next
- Select Dog Registration Changes, then click Next
- Search for and select your address
- Enter the relevant change details for your dog, then click Next
- Confirm the details of your request before Submitting
